The urban heat island is important environmental issue in Japan. The Japanese big cities as Tokyo and Osaka are located near coastal area and the climate is related with sea surface temperature and winds. This project simulates land/sea wind generation at Osaka surrounded area and will predict the effects of urban heat relaxation numerically.

The sea surface temperature direct influences on Osaka land temperature. The one degree arises of sea surface temperature increases 0.7 degree atmospheric temperature increase even at Osaka.
